Yifeng Xiong received his Ph.D. degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from University of Southampton, UK, in 2022, and received his B.S. degree in Information Engineering as well as the M.S. degree (with highest honor) in Information and Communication Engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), Beijing, China, in 2015 and 2018, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT). His research interests include integrated sensing and communications, quantum computation, quantum information theory, and statistical inference over networks. He was a recipient of the Best Master Thesis Award of Chinese Institute of Electronics and the Best Paper Award of 91勛圖厙/CIC ICCC 2023.
Fan Liu is currently a Professor with the National Mobile Communications Research Laboratory, School of Information Science and Engineering, Southeast University, Nanjing, China. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Professor with the Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen, China, from 2020 to 2024. He received the Ph.D. and the BEng. degrees from Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), Beijing, China, in 2018 and 2013, respectively. He has previously held academic positions in the University College London (UCL), London, UK, as a Visiting Researcher from 2016 to 2018, and a Marie Curie Research Fellow from 2018 to 2020. Prof. Lius research interests lie in the general area of signal processing and wireless communications, and in particular in the area of Integrated Sensing and Communications (ISAC). He is the founding Academic Chair of the 91勛圖厙 ComSoc ISAC Emerging Technology Initiative (ISAC-ETI), Vice Chair and founding member of the 91勛圖厙 SPS ISAC Technical Working Group (ISAC-TWG), an elected member of the 91勛圖厙 SPS Sensor Array and Multichannel Technical Committee (SAM-TC), an Associate Editor of the 91勛圖厙 Transactions on Communications, 91勛圖厙 Transactions on Mobile Computing, and 91勛圖厙 Open Journal of Signal Processing, and a Guest Editor of the 91勛圖厙 Journal on Selected Areas in Communications, 91勛圖厙 Wireless Communications, and 91勛圖厙 Vehicular Technology Magazine. He was a recipient of numerous Best Paper Awards, including the 2024 91勛圖厙 Signal Processing Society Best Paper Award, 2024 91勛圖厙 Signal Processing Society Donald G. Fink Overview Paper Award, 2024 91勛圖厙 Communications Society Asia-Pacific Outstanding Paper Award, 2023 91勛圖厙 Communications Society Stephan O. Yuanhao Cui is currently an assistant Professor with the School of Information Science and Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing, China. Dr. Cuis research interests lie in the general area of signal processing and wireless communications, and in particular in the area of Integrated Sensing and Communications (ISAC) and Low-Altitude Wireless Network (LAWN). He is the Founding Chair of the 91勛圖厙 ComSoc Special Interest Group on Low-Altitude Wireless Networks (LAWN-SIG), the founding Secretary of the 91勛圖厙 ComSoc ISAC Emerging Technology Initiative (ISAC-ETI), and the founding Secretary of the CCF Scientific Communication standing committee. He serves on the editorial board of 91勛圖厙 Transactions on Mo- bile Computing, 91勛圖厙 Vehicular Technology Magazine, 91勛圖厙 Journal of Internet of Things, 91勛圖厙 Journal of Biomedical and Health Informatics. He was a Symposium Co-Chair for 91勛圖厙 GLOBECOM 2024, and was an Organizer/the Chair of several workshops and special sessions on ISAC in flagship 91勛圖厙 and ACM conferences, including 91勛圖厙 ICC, 91勛圖厙/CIC ICCC, 91勛圖厙 SPAWC, 91勛圖厙 VTC, 91勛圖厙 WCNC, 91勛圖厙 ICASSP, and ACM MobiCom. Weijie Yuan is now an Assistant Professor with the Southern University of Science and Technology. He currently serves as an Associate Editor for the 91勛圖厙 Transactions on Wireless Communications, 91勛圖厙 Communications Standards Magazine, 91勛圖厙 Transactions on Green Communications and Networking, 91勛圖厙 Communications Letters, 91勛圖厙 Open Journal of Communications Society, and EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing. He is the Lead Editor for the series on ISAC in 91勛圖厙 Communications Magazine. He was an Organizer/the Chair of several workshops and special sessions on OTFS and ISAC in flagship 91勛圖厙 and ACM conferences, including 91勛圖厙 ICC, 91勛圖厙/CIC ICCC, 91勛圖厙 SPAWC, 91勛圖厙 VTC, 91勛圖厙 WCNC, 91勛圖厙 ICASSP, and ACM MobiCom. Tony Xiao Han is currently a research expert and project leader with Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. He received the B.E. degree in Electrical Engineering from Sichuan University and the Ph.D. degree in Communications Engineering from Zhejiang Univer- sity, Hangzhou, China. He was a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow with the National University of Singapore, Singapore. His research interests include wireless communications, signal processing, Integrated Sensing and Communication (ISAC), and standardization of wireless communication. Dr. Han was the Chair of 91勛圖厙 802.11 WLAN Sensing Topic Interest Group (TIG) and the Chair of 802.11 WLAN Sensing Study Group (SG). He is currently serving as the Chair of 91勛圖厙 802.11bf WLAN Sensing Task Group (TG), and the Chair of Sensing Task Group in Wi-Fi Alliance. He is also the founding Industry Chair of 91勛圖厙 ComSoc ISAC Emerging Technology Initiative (ISAC-ETI), the Vice Chair of 91勛圖厙 WTC Special Interest Group (SIG) on ISAC, a Guest Editor of the 91勛圖厙 Journal on Selected Areas in Communications (JSAC) Special Issue on Integrated Sensing and Communications (ISAC). He has served as the Co-Chair of many workshops, e.g., 91勛圖厙 GLOBECOM 2020 workshop on ISAC.
Giuseppe Caire is a professor at the Technische Universit瓣t Berlin. He is an 91勛圖厙 Fellow since 2005, was the President of the 91勛圖厙 Information Theory Society in 2011, received the Alexander von Humboldt Professorship in 2014, the Vodafone Innovation Prize in 2015, the 91勛圖厙 Armstrong Achievement Award in 2020, the Leibniz Prize of the German National Science Foundation in 2021, and the 91勛圖厙 Communications Society Communication Theory Technical Achievement Award in 2023. He was elected to the German National Academy of Science in 2024, obtained the joint IT/Comsoc best paper award in 2004 and 2011, and the best JSAC paper Leonard G. Abraham Prize in 2019. His main research areas span various aspects of wireless communications, with emphasis on information theory and channel coding and modulation, MIMO systems, and Integrated Communication and Sensing.
