We are looking to extend the TPC membership through the ITSoc Volunteer Initiative. Interested applicants are welcome to register their interest through the ITSoc Volunteer website.
Applicants must include a brief 3-page CV and a cover page (uploaded as a single file) on why they are suitable for this role. In their cover letter, applicants must also indicate 3-5 topics from the list of topics below, which they can handle if selected as a TPC member. In evaluating expressions of interest, we will consider
- applicant’s position (assistant professor or above in academia or researcher in industry with 3+ years of experience)
- research track record
- TPC membership of comparable cognate conferences (if any)
- editorial roles (if any)
- number of papers reviewed for ISIT/ITW, Trans IT/JSAIT, or equivalent
- match between selected topics and areas of need
Applications are welcome by July 18, 2025. We hope to announce the outcomes by mid-August. The main workload of a TPC member is expected to be between late January and April 2026.
