With sadness, we include a tribute to Jim K. Omura who passed away this August. Subsequently, we provide the minutes from the Board of Governors meeting held in June. Finally, we conclude with the conference calendar and call to action.

Any formats (plain text, LaTeX, and word files) are allowed; do not worry about fonts or layout as this will be taken care of by us. Electronic photos and graphics should be in high resolution and sent as separate files.
